Academic progress is rarely produced by one certificate, one publication count or one membership. It is normally the result of a coherent portfolio built over time. The purpose of this guide is to turn a broad goal into verifiable steps, documentary evidence and institution-specific questions.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n

For Member Academic Profile, prepare the records that directly support education, research, teaching, service and professional roles. Use complete documents with stable identifiers and dates.<\/p>\n

A membership certificate should be described as membership; a support letter as support; an appointment letter as an appointment only when issued by the authorised institution. Avoid changing the meaning of a document through presentation.<\/p>\n
